Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Sovexa (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Sovexa is an AI-powered lead management application developed by Metareignity. These Terms govern your use of the Sovexa web application, including all features, AI capabilities, and data management tools provided.

To use Sovexa, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You must not create accounts for anyone other than yourself without their permission, nor create accounts using false or misleading information.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of the data you enter into Sovexa
• Ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate the rights of any third party
• Obtaining any necessary consents before storing personal information about your leads or contacts within the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Store or process information that you do not have the right to collect or use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or associated systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written consent
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or other harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5.1 Lead and Customer Information

You retain ownership of all lead data, customer information, notes, tasks, and other content you enter into Sovexa. We do not claim ownership of your data.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Sovexa includes AI-powered features such as lead summarization, next-action recommendations, follow-up message generation, and lead qualification. Content generated by these AI features is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

Important: AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content. Sovexa and Metareignity are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Sovexa utilizes third-party services to operate, including but not limited to:

• Supabase — for authentication and database services
• Vercel — for application hosting and deployment
• NVIDIA / API-based AI services — for processing AI feature requests

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

The Sovexa application, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Metareignity. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

“Sovexa” and the Sovexa logo are trademarks of Metareignity.

We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Updates and feature deployments
• Issues with third-party infrastructure providers
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the Service and your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication controls, and database-level row-level security policies. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities described in Section 4.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 15. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

Upon account termination or upon your request, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or legitimate operational purposes (such as preventing fraud or resolving disputes).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METAREIGNITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METAREIGNITY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
