Sovexa is an AI-powered lead management application developed by Metareignity. Sovexa helps users manage leads, tasks, notes, and customer relationships with the assistance of artificial intelligence features.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Sovexa application (the “Service”). By using Sovexa, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the information you provide during registration, including:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed and managed securely through our authentication provider)

2.2 Application Data

As you use the Service, you may choose to enter and store information including:

• Lead and customer information (names, contact details, company information, statuses, and related notes)
• Tasks and task-related data
• Notes and activity records
• Any other data you voluntarily enter into the application

2.3 AI-Processed Data

When you use AI features (such as summarization, next-action recommendations, follow-up generation, or lead qualification), the information you submit to those features is processed by third-party AI services. See Section 4 for details.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for the operation of the Service, such as session tokens and authentication state.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Sovexa application
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process your data through AI features when you request it
• Improve the functionality and reliability of the Service
• Communicate with you regarding your account or the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sovexa relies on the following third-party infrastructure and services to operate:

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase for user authentication and database services. Your account credentials and application data are stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

4.2 Vercel

The Sovexa application is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request metadata (such as IP addresses and request headers) as part of its hosting services. Vercel's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

4.3 AI Processing (NVIDIA / API-Based)

When you use AI features within Sovexa, the data you submit to those features is sent to an external AI API (currently NVIDIA-based or OpenAI-compatible endpoints) for processing. This data may include lead information, notes, or other text you choose to submit. We recommend not submitting highly sensitive or regulated data through AI features unless you are comfortable with it being processed by third-party AI infrastructure.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure authentication through Supabase Auth
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security (RLS) policies at the database level to ensure users can only access their own data
• Server-side validation and authorization checks

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information and application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your data in accordance with Section 7.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

Sovexa uses cookies and similar session technologies strictly for authentication and session management purposes. These are necessary for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Specifically, we use:

• Authentication cookies managed by Supabase to maintain your login session
• Theme preference storage (light/dark mode) using local browser storage

Sovexa is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
